What happens on your first visit

The first appointment is an assessment, not a treatment session. We take your history, test movement and strength, score your pain on a 0–10 scale so there is a number to measure against later, and explain what we think is causing it. You leave knowing what the problem is and what a plan would involve, whether or not you book one.

If it doesn't work, you don't pay

Ten sessions, with your pain scored on a 0–10 scale at the start and tracked throughout. If your score hasn't improved, we refund the full amount.
