Tested before you go back, not just pain free.

First consultation is free. No card, no commitment.

Getting out of pain and being ready to play again are two different things, and the gap between them is where most re-injuries happen. We test before clearing you, rather than going by how the injury feels.

  • Objective return-to-play testing before you go back
  • Strength and load-building rehab specific to your sport
  • Shockwave and dry needling for tendon and muscle injuries
“I am a badminton player who came to Bangalore for nationals. I had pain in right quad and hamstring. With only 2 days of treatment my pain scale reduced by a lot and I could perform well.”

Ten sessions, pain scored throughout. If your score has not improved, we refund the full amount.

What we have actually measured

Every patient here is scored 0 to 10 for pain at the first visit and tracked through treatment. These are our own records, not a survey.

We have no completed records for sports injury yet. Across all conditions:

Median pain at the first visit 7/10, now 1/10.

86% median pain relief · 6 sessions typically · 18 patients measured.

Across the clinic we have tracked 56 patients: 40 recovered or improved substantially, 14 are still in treatment, and 2 stopped coming. The relief figures above cover only patients who completed treatment and were scored at both ends. Updated August 2026.

Your first visit, step by step

  1. Injury-specific testing to confirm what is involved and what stage of healing it is in
  2. Strength and capacity comparison, injured side against uninjured
  3. A movement screen against the actual demands of your sport

You leave knowing what is wrong, in plain language, whether or not you book anything.

We clear you on a number, not a feeling

We test the injured side against your own uninjured side and look for that gap to close. That gives you something objective to return on, and gives us something to be held to. If the number is not there yet, we will tell you, even when the season says otherwise.

Pain-free and match-fit are not the same thing

Pain settles well before tissue capacity returns, and the gap between those two states is where almost all re-injuries happen. The strongest predictor of injury is a previous injury that was not fully rehabilitated — which means going back on how it feels is the single most expensive decision in the whole process.

What treatment involves

Staged loading through the healing timeline, shockwave and dry needling for tendon and muscle injuries, plyometric progression as capacity returns, and objective return-to-play testing before you go back.

If it does not work, you do not pay

Ten sessions, with your pain scored on a 0 to 10 scale at the start and tracked throughout. If your score has not improved, we refund the full amount.
