Pelvic floor problems — leaking, heaviness, pain, or weakness after childbirth — are common and treatable, and they do not resolve on their own with time. Assessment and treatment are in a private room, and you decide the pace.
“The therapists are fantastic, attentive, and very thorough with their initial assessments. I noticed a major relief in my pain after just a few sessions.”
Ten sessions, pain scored throughout. If your score has not improved, we refund the full amount.
Every patient here is scored 0 to 10 for pain at the first visit and tracked through treatment. These are our own records, not a survey.
We have no completed records for pelvic floor yet. Across all conditions:
Median pain at the first visit 7/10, now 1/10.
86% median pain relief · 6 sessions typically · 18 patients measured.
Across the clinic we have tracked 56 patients: 40 recovered or improved substantially, 14 are still in treatment, and 2 stopped coming. The relief figures above cover only patients who completed treatment and were scored at both ends. Updated August 2026.

Some are weak. Some are overactive and cannot relax. The symptoms overlap heavily, and strengthening an already-tight pelvic floor makes things worse — which is why assessment comes before exercises, and why generic advice from the internet is a genuine risk here rather than just unhelpful.
Leaking, heaviness, or pain after childbirth affects a large share of women and is treatable — but it does not reliably resolve on its own with time. Most people are told to do Kegels and left to it. Research consistently finds that a substantial proportion of women contract incorrectly when given only verbal instruction, which is why that advice so often fails.
Individualised strengthening or down-training depending on what the assessment shows, bladder retraining where relevant, and a graded plan for returning to exercise. You set the pace throughout.
